MS-Visual C++ Version 6
Beware of which maintenance packs you apply to VC6 !
Some maintenance packs stuff up the optimizer.
I have not yet figured out which ones are crap.
If you are going to distribute a separate
version,
please give yours a DIFFERENT NAME to avoid confusion.
I have started using 7-ZIP to compress the
source,
as it produces a noticeably smaller file.
However, because my web host does not handle 7z format,
I have had to encapsulate inside a ZIP file.
